Origin of wood: This wall lamp is made from barrel staves. It is the concave outer part that is visible and has been planed to find the natural colour of the oak.

Assembly: These are specially manufactured parts that recall the barrel circle that are used to hold the wooden parts together. The polyphane strips stapled on the inner side hide the transparency and diffuse the light.

Wood finishing: The wood is sanded and brushed. A two component water-soluble varnish is then applied.
